Bagley recently spoke to the Helena Rotary Club about the plan to construct new facilities at Central High School. Bagley told the group, “A strong public school system is essential if our community is going experience substantial economic development and job creation. Quality facilities are an essential part of that.” Bagley noted the structural deficiencies of many of the current structures at Central High School and detailed the plans for the new facilities. The plan anticipates $7.3 million in state partnership funding based on an early review by the ADE Facilities Division and the proposed millage increase would only cost the average homeowner in HWHSD 40 cents per day.
